For many years there have been several Catering and Hospitality shows that cover various aspects of the business.
However the annual Bakery Industry Exhibition and Food and Drinks Logistics shows will be merged next year into a new show – Foodex 2012.
Following reports in June from several exhibition organisers that several B2B and B2C shows are now experiencing an increase in visitor numbers on last year, it is no wonder so many people are now looking to get involved in this industry, especially if you are in hospitality, where the Foodex show will now provide you with 2 sets of visitors for the price of 1!
Of course, there are always other opporunities to take part in large and small shows, many networking groups organise smaller county or location based events that call be very beneficial for small businesses.
But whether you are a B2B or B2C business, it seems there are many opportunities to take part in events like these and if you have your promotional equipment already prepared (such as Banner Stands, Promotional Pens and other Handouts) then taking part can be very cost effective.
As a point of interest, if you are new to exhibiting but would like to know more about the show you are thinking of taking part in, speak to the exhibition organisers who should be able to give you more information on the success of previous years including visitor numbers, exhibitor information and other details.
